REFUND POLICY

ORDERS DURING BLACK WEEK/FRIDAY & CYBER MONDAY WEEKEND WILL NOT BE REFUNDED BUT COMPENSATED WITH COUPON CODES

Our return guarantee gives you the right to return the product within our return policy. You have the right to open the packaging and check the items, but the product must be returned to us unused within 14 days of receipt, including all original packaging, labels, etc. If you return your order later than 14 days after receipt, unfortunately, we cannot give you a refund.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

From Germany, it is important to send your return shipment with the company Hermes to prevent delivery errors.

Return costs of local couriers are borne by the customer.

When our quality control room determines that the item has been worn, there is no possibility of a refund.

START YOUR RETURN PROCESS: Contact us at returns@thefoy.club to arrange your return shipment. Our team will send you an email with a return form containing the return address. Fill out the form completely so that we can process your refund as quickly as possible. Once we have received your refund in good order, you will receive the refund within 5 business days on the originally chosen payment method.
